Ordering

How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse through our collection, choose the item you’d like to purchase, and add it to your shopping basket. When you’re ready to check out, click on your basket and enter your details, including your name, email, and delivery address. Then select your preferred payment method and complete the checkout. Once confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your order summary.

Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request changes or cancellations within 24 hours, provided the order hasn’t been dispatched. After this time, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for guidance on how to return your item. For changes, contact our customer care team as soon as possible.

What is your order cut-off time?
United Kingdom: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday, are processed the same working day.
Orders placed after this time, or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times within the United Kingdom are as follows:

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 working days

  • Transit time typically takes 5–9 working days

  • Estimated total delivery time: 7–14 working days from the date of purchase

All parcels are sent with tracked shipping for your peace of mind.

How can I track my order?

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?
We only accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
For change-of-mind returns or unwanted items, customers may return products within 30 days, but the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
All items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact.

How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, please email support@maroecollective.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Our team will review your case and provide return authorisation and instructions if the return is approved.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the transaction.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you’ve received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with your order details and photos of the issue.
We’ll make it right by arranging a replacement or issuing a full refund, including shipping costs where applicable.
